Green Synthesis Characterization In Vitro Cytotoxicity and Antioxidant Activity of Stem Extract Mediated Gold Nanoparticles from Tinospora Cordifolia

The aim of this study was to investigate the ability Tinospora cordifolia mediated synthesis gold nanoparticle at room temperature and properties nanoparticles thus produced. synthesized were characterized investigated by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy spectrophotometry, high-performance thin-layer chromatography screening, Fourier transform infrared, transmission electron microscope, scanning X-ray diffraction, zeta potential, in vitro cytotoxicity test antioxidant activity. Ultraviolet-visible spectrum aqueous medium containing, showed a peak 546 nm. hexagonal shaped well dispersed with particle size ranging from 30-60 nm, that confirmed microscope respectively. infrared shift position intensity peaks.
